For visitors and participants a large cloak room is available. For relaxation of the actors there are relaxation areas. A sufficient number of changing rooms, showers and washing facilities is also available. All changing rooms can be locked and are equipped with heating. Full-length mirrors and refrigerators can be pre-ordered. For loading and unloading access can be granted via the ramp of the stage foyer (access via Selikumer Str.). Parking for trailer trucks and nightliners and broadcasting spaces for TV broadcasts are available as well. The town hall has an entrance foyer (823 m²), a stage foyer (206 m²) and a garden foyer (422 m²) as well as mobile bar facilities, dance floors, dividing walls, pedestals and lighting and sound systems.

Forestage
With the help of our hydraulic stage it is possible to extend the main stage. If the stage is not used, the forestage can be utilized to emphasize the committee table (congresses, seminars). The stage is adjustable in height and can be used for special presentations of projects (e.g. cars). It can be an impressive effect to lift these items from the ground to hall or stage level.
